United Way of America and the National League of Cities (NLC) are bringing together local United Way leaders and elected municipal officials for an exciting 2.5 day event to exchange ideas, share promising practices, and develop strong local and national partnerships in the area of financial stability. As many as 500 community leaders will gather in San Francisco and work in teams to create action plans for improving the financial stability of the families they serve, with the Earned Income Tax Credit as the foundation.

• Keys to Building a Successful EITC Campaign, a targeted plenary David Marzahl, Executive Director of the Center for Economic Progress
• Technology Matters: The Nets to Ladders Partnership, a targeted plenary with Marc Ferguson, President of Nets to Ladders
